When do I supposed to receive the Payment Procedure E-Mail?
You should be receiving Payment Procedure E-mail in one or two days after you register. If it’s been a while after you registered and you haven’t get the e-mail, do tell us through our Instagram, Email or Whatsapp.
When will there be delegates group chat?
We will invite you to delegates group chat on the same day as your country allocation and study guide e-mail!
Can I request my roomates?
Yes of course you can! After you get invited to the delegates group chat, there will be our hospitality member assigned to ask you accommodation-related things such as room mate preference, food allergy, any sickness, emergency contact and many others needed to make your stay in Bandung comfortable and safe!
